We sang our hearts out!

The clock tower remains at 2.28pm where the earthquake happened

Today was a free and easy day after the morning visit to the earthquake affected site, it was terribly upsetting to look at the aftermath of the earthquake. I was glad that Mr.Cheah said that it was compulsory for all to attend this outing, it made me treasure Singapore even more then ever because it is really fortunate to be living in a natural disaster-free country!

After that, our group went over to GuangHan town to meet YunXia for lunch, massage, manicure & pedicure and karaoke session! It was the last time that we will ever be visiting GuangHan town for this trip, i am so going to miss GuanHan town! We all enjoyed ourselves tonight, especially the girls because it was some of their first visit to the karaoke!

Yeah! It was the Malay's and Indian's first visit to Karaoke!

It's a whole new world!

Exam ended like nobody's business, even though it was just a common test! But believe me, no one was in the mood for any test when we are doing the module overseas! My mood instantly switched to "it's play time" mood! After the test, we went over to the conference room to meet up with the director, principal and teachers for a graduation ceremony. We presented the video that i made over the past few days, i was told that it touched some of the viewers. Time really flies when we are enjoying, how i wish that we had 1 extra week of fun here before we return to reality.

In the night, we had this sumptuous dinner at this farm house, which sounds very cheap but it turned out to be a chalet-liked clubhouse! There were facilities like karaoke, table-tennis, card rooms, and mahjong rooms! We all had fun over at the farm house, where many of us were drinking beers like there's no tomorrow! All this fun will be over in a few days time!

I'm so getting hair-loss!

That was us stressing over the common test!!
The whole day was supposed to be spent revising for the paper for tomorrow, but the group of us, we went over to GuangHan town for a body massage session! The massage was very value for money because we only paid 20RMB for a 40 min session where it could simply cost 40SGD! After the relaxation, we are both mentally and physically relaxed and thus it was time for us to head back to school for a intensive studying session! Wish us good luck for the paper tomorrow!

The massage was awesome! I love my masseurs!

IS is Over!

This is our IS teacher, also our trip coordinator.
Our last IS lecture on business etiquette was taught by Ms.Li, thank god for us not needed to take an exam on this module in China, it would have been very exhausting for all of us. These few days would be extra taxing for all of us because System Dynamics & Control's common test is just round the corner! It would have been easier for us if the test was done on the third week, get it over and done with, so that we could have the remaining time for projects and recreational purposes!

Smile, Post, Shoot!

This was what me and Emmanuel did on our free day, where we were supposed to stay in the dorm to study for our upcoming test on Friday. It all happened during a particular day, the hairdresser from the saloon below our dormitory approach me to ask if i could lend them my camera for a photo shoot and of course, it being my precious, i declined them. Next, they asked if i could help them shoot and i was rather excited and happy that this opportunity came by, because portraitures are my favorite form of photography. Not only did we get to shoot an amateur china model, we also got to do modelling in a different country! We were quite satisfied with the results that we got from the model as she could produce what we requested, and settle into the mood very quickly! Overall, i enjoyed my day even at the expense of not studying for the test!

After the shoot, we rushed back to support our soccer team whom they were defeated by a mere point, 3-2, they chased back the score by 2 at the second half of the game and was well played! You guys definitely played well, keep it up!

3 Cheers to Rahima!

All of us gave up hand-washing, eventually we send our laundries to the laundry services!

This time round, it was a meal without Subaa

Notice what difference the daily clique picture has? Rahima is finally able to step out of her dormitory and back into the classroom! Everyone was so happy to see that she was recovering well and was glad that she gets to attend classes! This whole week spells disaster! We have so much to do with so little time, how are we going to absorb so much of a information that is supposed to be taught over a period of 5 months! But nevertheless, we are all going to scrape through this tough period together and enjoy our last 3 days of China after the test! Let's party hard after all these are over alright guys?

4 Degrees Celsius!

We are going to leave the school for a 2D1N mountains trip.
It was a disastrous dinner, because it was served at 9+ p.m, the whole tour's meal was screwed up!
Here we are, the 6 of us without Harold and Aloysius on the cable car on Mount ErMei!
It was freezing cold while we were up at the peak!
This toilet was giving all of us problem; bathing in front of our friend's eyes!

These are the group photos we took while we were up on Mount ErMei!
We Love cable cars!
I love how the hair-band compliments Harold, and we took trishaw in China!
Our very own acrobatic performer: Zack and Darrick!
Our tour-guide was the best guide we ever got, because she talks very little!
Our poor Rahima had to walk such a long distance with the aid of our "gentlemen"!
Rahima felt like a queen when she gets on the sedan, everyone was trying to snap a picture of her!

This post is flooded with pictures because i believe in a picture speaks a thousand words! We set off early in the morning after a long night of movies, all of us looked so restless. The day started badly because the bus that was provided by the agency was horrible, the seat could not be declined and it was not comfortable at all! Many of us were having backaches after the long hours of bus rides not being able to fall asleep. The first destination was "Le Shan Da Fuo" and it was amazingly cool to see that humongous Buddha statue and wondered how it was built in the past. We moved to a museum after visiting that mountain, and on the way, we saw the other Ngee Ann group of students that were going to the same places as us.

There was this group of girls where they bought 3 puppies from an uncle who was going to throw them away so that they could keep them throughout the trip and give it away when they return. It was so sweet of them to be doing these or else, the dogs could have been killed in any ways.

At night, we checked into a hotel in the city of ErMei where it's toilet was so not privatized! It was a see through glass with little tint, so we were suspecting that it is a "hanky-panky" hotel!

Mount ErMei's temperature was ultimate enjoyable, it was claimed that the temperature was 4 degrees celsius! The whole was temples after temples, steps after steps, a scenic place where i think it was a worthy trip to have at least been to, or climbed Mount Ermei! Afterall, the 2 days was very well spent but very tired, my camera was filled with over a thousands of pictures!
