The early bird gets the food!

Setting off to San Xing Dui Museum at 7.30 is crazy!

Majority of us dragged our feet out of our bed in order to meet the setting off time at 7.30 a.m. We had to bring the trip forward as the driver who's willing to fetch us to the museum, had to start work at 8 a.m and he he made the extra effort to offer the chauffeuring service! The museum is an interesting place for a visit because, there were many relics unique to the Chengdu area that were dig out thousands of years ago, and were unexplainable of how they were made with the technology in the past.

After a morning filled with rich history of Chengdu, i realized 1 thing about china citizens. They are very proud of their own country and people, they are always competing and comparing with what others have to question about their own country. Take the history for example, they could argue on the fact that Gold were discovered first in Egypt, but China's first gold discovery was much purer in percentage as compared to the Egypt's first discovery!

We came back for lesson and headed for some after-lesson sports, table-tennis and badminton. It was a nice workout after such a long and tiring day which helps to relax our mind! The students here participates actively in sports like basketball, table-tennis, badminton and martial arts as their co-curriculum activities. There were not much of a choices of recreational activities in the area of this school and maybe due to financial restrictions, resorting to sports would be a better and healthier choice!
Our museum guide, which gave us many valuable informations!
